Caroline was initially drawn to yoga in 2008 for its physical benefits. She practiced sporadically to combat muscle tightness from high mileage walking and running. In 2010 she suffered debilitating injuries — bodily and emotional — after a serious accident. Recovery was gradual and long, and in 2012 Caroline once again embraced yoga for physical reasons. As her practice deepened, she began to reap spiritual and emotional rewards. Yoga provided Caroline with the tools to heal and grow. A 200 hour graduate of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute, Caroline is devoted to her practice as it empowers her to meet life’s challenges as they occur. According to Caroline — There’s no such thing as a “bad” yoga class.
