Sometimes we all just need to get started in something brand new without a lot of other people around. Schedule a private yoga session and get started without being overwhelmed or intimidated in a group setting.

More Experienced Practitioners

Maybe you’ve been practicing yoga for a while now and group classes are just not quite working on what you want.  Or you want to deepen your individual practice. Private yoga will provide you with the space you need to dive deeper at your own pace.

Individuals Living with Injuries or Health Concerns

Yoga Therapy is a very powerful way to unleash your bodies capacity for self-healing and growth. Schedule a session with one of our Internationally Certified Yoga Therapists  today and discover how yoga can help you heal your body, your mind, and your spirit.

Students with Specific Physical Goals

Group classes are generally structured so that some time is spent on all areas of the body. If you have a specific physical goal, a private yoga session is the way to go. Whatever your focus – increased flexibility, balance or strength, or target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or problem knees, or increasing mental focus in a particular sport or activity – we can help you work on it.

Students with Time or Location Restrictions

If our regular class schedule just doesn’t meet your time needs, schedule a private session at a time of your choosing. Share the time (and the cost) with a friend or two, or have the time all to yourself. We are also happy to meet up with you via Skype!
