This series will provide you with tools to help you regulate the nervous system and activate the relaxation response. Each class starts with and opportunity to ask questions and then moves into a breathing or meditation exercise. This will be followed by yoga postures appropriate for most levels of physical fitness and yoga experience. Classes end with guided relaxation. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for the best night’s sleep ever.
