Yin Yoga involves a variety of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes.
It is a practice designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, by stretching the connective tissue around the joints.
Thai massage, or Thai yoga massage, is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.
It can have perceived healing properties at both a physical and emotional level.
