Yin Yoga involves a variety of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes.
It is a practice designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, by stretching the connective tissue around the joints.

Thai massage, or Thai yoga massage, is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.
It can have perceived healing properties at both a physical and emotional level.

 

 
Kacy will lead you through several yin postures specifically designed to help open the spine as Megan makes her way around to each practitioner and assists with Thai massage. We use Yin yoga to chip away these layers and add Thai massage to bring relaxation and resiliency back into the joints and tissues.
 
 
 
 
 
Please arrive in comfortable, loose clothing and be ready to relax!
