Take some time for yourself with this incredibly relaxing, nurturing yoga-massage experience!


You are invited to  this deliciously relaxing class blending restorative yoga with Thai Massage. This ultimate relaxation experience  of supported yoga postures combined with Thai massage will  leave you feeling grounded, centered, and energized.

This workshop will begin with some gentle movements to warm the body and joints. You will then be guided into Restorative Yoga postures designed to ground you, open the body and relax the nervous system. You will spend several minutes in each of the supported postures. During a selection of the postures, you will experience Thai massage. Thai massage includes gentle stretching to deepen the postures, compression to energy lines, and traction to elongate. You will leavie feeling calm, balanced and rejuvenated.


Class size is limited to ensure individualized adjustments and lots of hands on healing for each participant.

About Nancy Garnhart, MS, LMT, IAYT

Nancy has been a licensed massage therapist since 2002. In 2006, she traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to study Thai Massage in depth and has been a teaching yoga since 2005.  Her safe, grounded and intuitive touch is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the physical body and incorporates various modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Work and Thai Massage.


About Lauren Winterholer, CYT

In 2007, Lauren visited Thailand and fell in love with an intriguing aspect of the traditional Thai healing system, Nuad Bo-Rarn. She received her Basic certificate through Wat Po Thai Traditional Medicine and Massage School and incorporated it into her yoga teaching which already was rich with hands-on assists and energywork.  Lauren is a life-long student of thai massage, continuing her training in both Thailand the US. She recently received her Therapeutic Level certificate

When not on her mat or smooshing people into meditation, Lauren can be found working permaculture techniques into her small suburban plot, chasing her two wild children, or creating pieces of art and fiction.
