Prenatal Yoga 4 Week Session

Thursdays 7:15pm-8:30pm.

Class dates: Jan 11, 18, 25, and Feb 1


Pregnancy isn’t always glamorous. In fact, many expecting parents experience fatigue, aches and pains, and anxiety during this time of rapid change. Practicing prenatal yoga is a great to combat these issues. In this class, you will learn yoga and meditation techniques to calm and quiet the body and mind. These breathing techniques, meditations, and movements can be useful during pregnancy, labor, and even after birth.

Our prenatal yoga classes are taught by experienced yoga teacher, birth doula, and postpartum doula, Lydia Garnhart.

In this prenatal yoga class, you will you have an opportunity to practice the amazing tools yoga gives us to quiet and calm the body and mind. We know you have a lot going on – most new parents do. This opportunity to turn inwards and connect with yourself, your body, and your baby can be invaluable!

In addition to reducing stress, and calming the body and mind, group prenatal yoga sessions are a great way to foster a sense of community and camaraderie during your pregnancy.

You will have the opportunity to connect with other parents traveling the path to parenthood right along with you. We have found that expecting parents deeply appreciate the opportunity to connect and share during this wonderful transition. Many meaningful and lasting connections between expecting parents have been made in the yoga room. Our goal is for you to feel safe, relaxed and that you are among friends.
