This non-judgemental, and nourishing retreat is designed for YOU. Give yourself permission to melt into a supportive and healing space to relax and tune in more deeply with your heart. You will feel cared for from the moment you walk into the space – and leave feeling like you spent a whole weekend away.
Through yoga, mindfulness practices, connection with like-minded souls, yoga nidra, restorative yoga & sound-healing, and healthy plant-based food, this day will support you in creating a life you can shine in.
Spend the day recharging yourself with like-minded people. This is a chance to discover wellbeing from the inside out and wind up feeling blissfully rested, inspired and energized.
10:00am – Opening Circle
10:30am – Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra
12:00pm – Whole-foods, Plant-based Lunch
12:30pm – Mindful Coloring, Sauna, Quiet Reflection
1:00pm – Walking Mediation
1:30pm –Discusson, Pranayama (breathing) & Meditation
3:00pm – Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
4:30pm – 5pm Closing Circle

The entire day of Yoga, breathing, guided meditations, and sound healing. As well as whole-food, plant-based lunch, tea and snacks.

This retreat is appropriate for all levels; however some yoga experience is required.
