Yoga in the meadow and trail ride
Trail Rides are Sold Out
There is still room in the yoga classes!
“If you let a horse whisper in your heart and breath in your ear, you will never regret it”
We are taking our yoga out of the studio and off the mat again to let autumn and horses show us how beautiful it is to let things go. Practicing our presence, balance, and mindfulness, we will experience the change of season and what if feels like to let your horse support you and teach you about your journey.
We will take a short walk to a beautiful meadow and do a gentle flow yoga class in the meadow. After class you will go to the ring and join your guide and partner for a mindful, (as silent as possible) trail ride.

Living Wells Farm
Living Wells Farm was established with the intention of being more than just an equine boarding facility. It is their desire to provide a relaxed environment for members of the community to enjoy the outdoors in Southern Maine. Using nature and creation as their guide, they have started the process of creating a homestead that will serve the community as a full service equine facility, a retreat center, and as a learning resource.
