We always welcome new students of all levels to the studio; here are a few guidelines to help you. *Have fun and ask questions! The teacher are here to help you! * Please allow plenty of time to find the studio for your first class. This will helpful * Set yourself and your mat in center of back row. * Please do not wear perfume or cologne. * Please do not wear your shoes into the Studio. Wear loose comfortable clothing * ABSOLUTELY no cell-phones, pagers or beeping watches are allowed in the class. * Practice on an empty stomach. * Please inform the teacher before class if you have any injuries or illnesses. * If you sweat, be sure to bring your own towel or practice rug to absorb sweat. * Pick up after yourself. If you borrow props and or mats, please return them to * Regular practice is necessary to receive the full benefits of yoga.
